This course aims to improve participants’ skills in recognizing the risks associated with innovation and the obstacles that can arise during change in order to effectively manage digital transformation processes within the company.

Particular attention will be paid to the challenges and difficulties that change can generate within the organization, providing tools and strategies to proactively and consciously address and overcome these issues.
